I dont know what to mention here. The company do not provide any training to its new joinees, Job security depends on the likes and dislikes of their so called Managers who are incompetent and hide their weakness by threatening employees. The company never does Appraisal for their working staffs. In the last 3 years i never heard a term appraisal. One thing is always visible, if you are doing good in your role but you are not flattering the managers then they will push you out of the company. They play negative politics against their team mates making the work environment pathetic. And yes do not try to implement any innovation here because whatever they are doing they consider it as the best process and it can not be changed. Even the director himself believes it.

Dislikes

...olling they didnot need me any more and tried to push me down in working levels. though the salary was still the same but the work level was downgraded. I discussed with the director and wished to separate from the company. Director himself promised to settle my account for the last month I worked. I was said that my account will be credited with my salary on the next day but nothing came till 15 days. When I stated writing to the director regarding mt settlement, they have put an allegation of Data theft and breach of contract on me and stopped the final settlement. I explained their allegations but they have not answered after that. This is all I can say about the company.

Likes

Overall good company for beginners they enhance their skill but not for experience person. Working day is 5.5, salary increment is 10 to 20 %.

Dislikes

They don't treat you as an employee They see you as a school kid Always say do your work, how much is pending, how much is done. They don't set any date they set daily goals
