Work and culture was good. Team mates and office member are very supportive. Company Policy was good fexible timing.

...low then they might get you out. Career growth --> was good learn lot of things. Salary Appraisel --> will be depend on your Dependency on Project. Politics --> The one who bracks will get more credit. Work Enironment--> was good. Work Life balance --> was terrible some times need to works on National Holiday NOTE :: Kindly confirm whether which technology or frame work you are going to get assign whether it is old or new ..?? Please Don't come if you are not a fresher.

Don't come in mindcraft Mumbai, all projects are struts based in production phase,no development work,there you sit only getting bore..... In mindcraft there is no job guarantee.they are client based only. They people provide 2 interview only at client site in 3 months.if you not selected they will fire you within 3 months. I am also victim from then I am jobless searching other job,all company asking why you leave this company in 3 months. There is no increment,bonus. Salary is not given on time.first salary I got after 2 months. Worst company of the world

They will pay you even if you on bench for 3-4 months. Just if you want to boost your overall package u can join them for 1yr or so

1- They pay you less 2- Retention amount from 50k to 1lakh depending on salary 3- It's been over 45days my after leaving the organisation still don't have update on my FNF. 4- Join only if u don't have other options. 5- They tell you will get developer role but all the clients they are working with have support job and you are expected to work more compared to what u r getting paid

... case different programming language] which are mostly 24/7 plus all shifts.. If you dont select that you will be kept on bench affecting you salary.. I thought this happened only for me but I checked multiple people in the organization.. Seems everyone had same experience.. As they have left job they didn't had choice than to select any project assigned. Also for interns they promise one programming language and give different projects.. with a bond of 3 years..

5 person work done by one person in this company they not hire more resource for project. Long working of 10 hours. Seniors don't behave good and don't know how to talk in good manner. Saturday is also working here.
