In Minda Instrument I have join as GET - SQA Quality In this department I have gained lot of knowledge for Supplier management & Incoming Inspection activity & Layout Inspection for New Project Development For Sensor & Cluster Products Also Conducting Audit For New Supplier assessment & Also Faced Audits like IATF, ISO . Overall experience is Best For my Self Improvement.

Senior staff is very dominating. Not at all good Company for women considering the location and career growth. No respect for employees. Worst culture among departments. No one takes the responsibility of their own actions especially senior staff. Don't join this Company if you really care about your mental health.
