...ose after joining, even if they form the major part of your role in the company. Later on, they will not even negotiate with the salary accordingly. No incentives are provided for pick ups. Not even meal allowance.

...started my journey at mind plus,it's been one n half year when i join mind plus.Good maintenance,good team relationship,good salary package they offer and also a good management i have never seen before. The diversity of psychiatric cases. Having other Psychiatrists around from whom one can take inputs. The rehab model with which we are able to make difference in the lives of people and their families.

Dislikes

The MD particularly is a lacks consistency, doesn't stick to his words, has poor relationship skills, a poor listener, impulsive and often behaves unprofessionally. It reflects downwards on all staff. Job is stressful. Company doesn't allow a particular employee to stick to particular task. Poor mental health support to employees. Most employees lose charm with time. Company drains all the energy. Employees are hired carelessly and sacked ruthlessly.

I have been working here last two year and my experience with the mind plus his to good all the management and very polite and professional they also offer and good salary packages and I learn something new everyday.nursing supervisor is very cooperative.

worked here from last 1 year, and I found this is the most professional organisation. Every department cooperative and working hours is good, and also the work culture of this organisation is great!!
