The diversity of psychiatric cases. Having other Psychiatrists around from whom one can take inputs. The rehab model with which we are able to make difference in the lives of people and their families.

The MD particularly is a lacks consistency, doesn't stick to his words, has poor relationship skills, a poor listener, impulsive and often behaves unprofessionally. It reflects downwards on all staff. Job is stressful. Company doesn't allow a particular employee to stick to particular task. Poor mental health support to employees. The management at my job is also great. They are supportive of their staff nd they are always looking for ways to improve the workplace. They also offer a good benefits package which is important to me. Highly recommend this place.

Consultants are good. All the nursing department cooperative and helpfull. Good salary packages. Work culture is great. Mind Plus is a proffessional organisation.

Work culture is terrible. There is politics going on at every level. The operations manager and HR department of the company puts unnecessary pressure on employees and makes it difficult to work. Employees don't stay here for longer periods because of the same reasons, be it duty doctor/ nursing team/ psychologists/ psychiatrists. The ones who stay, are involved in politics, hence, making their way through the years, only to get humiliated in the end. The work environment is just so hostile. Also, the HR department is very incompetent towards their duties. They don't even think it's necessary to convey beforehand about the job responsibilities during the interview but still want you to perform those after joining, even if they form the major part of your role in the company. Later on, they will not even negotiate with the salary accordingly. No incentives are provided for pick ups. Not even meal allowance....Read More
