Honestly, nothing. It's a thankless organisation. Pathetic work-culture. Raw or ungroomed colleagues. Not for people who keep high work ethics or expectations.

Almost everything, right from work, compensation to culture. There are instances where they delay salaries to kick people out.

Colleagues are very supportive and helpful. The CEO and director of the company are very good.

...ot up to the mark. Some of the managers are highly biased and very manipulative. Salary is average.

Got in depth learning on reviewing various contracts and some of the colleagues were supportive.

...nt, some of the managers are unprofessional. Joining here is having no benefits. Salary is never on time and is mostly after 10th of every month. No such minimum benefits like insurance or medical facility is provided with the CTC. And the HR always seeks to hire such people who doesn't demand hike and usually they hire people with less salary. The attrition rate in this company is very high. Most likely people leave this company within 6 months or 1 year. I advise all the lawyers to think thrice before joining this company.

Opportunity to learn if one wants to as it’s a small company and you have to work in all to compensate in return of having less employees

... is unrealistic and that’s why they are failing. Not at all employee friendly. They don’t provide anything except your salary and that too it never comes on time.
