Center in India was seen as merely an execution centre. Engineering leadership didn't have any strategic foresight.

Company Technology stack being used currently is much updated and automated and there is lot of scope for automation and best thing is flexible work policy as per employee choice and free lunch when you are in office, just ask the staff to get your delicious lunch from your favourite cafe/restaurant/ hotel.

Dislikes

Company will give you lot of holiday benefits and leave and when it is consumed, it will affect your overall performance.

Only one thing - Latest technologies on Cloud for new initiatives.

Pathetic company. Senior management don't know how to drive things. Baseless random layoffs. Poor company. Staff meetings are not effective. Feels like time waste. New management from CP is aggressive and pathetic too.
