Ans. Your colleagues won't reach you, but the founder will keep on texting you, and if you do not reply then beware of the constant question marks over and over again. Even your girlfriend won't bother you unlike him. Wanna save time? Don't join! Wanna save energy? Don't join! Wanna save mental health? Don't join! Want to start questioning yourself, your skillset, experience and knowledge? Don't join!

Since it is a start-up, you will get exposure to different work apart from what you were hired for. Say, cold calling at times. You will get access to a free coffee machine that obviously won't work without coffee beans. I wish I could leave the company culture blank without evening give a single star but sadly, it isn't possible. People in other teams like marketing and SEO are extremely chill.
