...erywhere it will be good however at Sigma Aldrich the most liked is the Culture. And if we talk about package it's average but promotions given so far was more with politics rather than actually deserve employee. Also they are not capable in utilising/identifying the employee strength with respect to their past experiences. When anyone here needs IJP they need to serve atleast 24 months in current role as per their policy which is too long. And very less opportunities for IJP. After Merck acquiring Sigma Aldrich, I think the Senior employees lost confidence in many aspects else company is good.

Worst management and managers just suck employees blood. Please refrain from joining team of Srinivas Raju who is a blood sucker and political master. He is a bloody rogue and will never ever let you grow vertically. He is a bloody miser and will not let you live peacefully

Worst company because of management and managers are very worst and they don't stick on to words what they speak and they don't give value to people they behave very inethical

I like the teammates I've got...They supported me from the beginning...!! Other team members were also very supportive.

I thing I didn't like in Sigma is the Manger I've got....He is very cheap mentality guy like micro management type....he'll target few people and harass them like anything and HR team is very well aware of that thing but they will support those people only....!!! Worst Management.
