Office time will be like 9.30am-6.45pm but all have to work till 8 or 8.30pm. According to policy book 4th Saturday will be a holiday but they won't be providing any leave on 4th or month end Saturday. If we take one leave also they will be deducting the money. There is no PF and ESI. Worst place to work.

Dislikes

The management is poor. There is no training provided. No job security. No work life balance. Poor work from home policies. Policies are only for show, they change it according to their will without proper intimation. Neither employee engagement nor employee satisfaction. No proper communication or coordination. No leaves at all. Asked to work on sundays sometimes. Would also extend work timings. No professionalism even from the management and HR.

Hi, This is Yamuna, I am working here for almost 1.8 years. My experience with the company is really good. I learned many things, they provide us training on weekly, monthly basis. Million Talents always thinks about employee satisfaction. Management is friendly and supports us in every step. Work Environment is very good. Million Talents motive is "to make ordinary people into extraordinary". I joined as a fresher and learned many things. They take us to client coordination for mega drives. Million Talents is the right platform for the freshers to grow in HR. We get appraisals on timely basis. Team leaders are supportive. Best place to work.

I like the company environment because of the company gives to lunch timings better than to another companies.. and also this is the best choosing for carrier srtup growing this company and gives to one chance how to prove ur confidence level and so on soon give one opportunity this company for anyone
