I think, in all the stations there is no control on the employees regarding their duty. Due to which some seniors do as they please in the station and torture their junior employees.

The HR department and the Head HR also the DGM HR, the department is totally crashed and they are hiring new talents to ruined the career of innocent professionals. They always say "we are family" and plays the dirtiest politics, Management is aware of the situations but not taking any decesion.

The seniors in the dept(HR) seems to say that they support you and help you to grow but that's the exact opposite. They don't seem to take any owner of the work and can't take stand for their own team in front of the management. They are always busy appraising themselves in front of the management to get the best of incentives for themselves and the rest of the teams gets the leftover. And the HR head keeps changing within 2-3 years making an instability in the running of the HR department. These people are good at playing office politics, and the politics within the department is worst. And once you resign they'll treat you even worse. You'll feel exhausted coming to this sort of environment everyday. HR is failing to maintain the confidentiality outside the department while prioritizing it internally. The whole company (irrespective to the location) knows what goes on inside the HR dept

I was placed under senior most experienced personnel which helped me to gain more knowledge. Good place to learn for new joiners in Aviation department.

Dislikes

I gave my 99% to the company but for that 1% the superior team took severe decisions which led me to resign. There was no appreciation for the whole technicians team for their equipped performance from the company. Highly disappointed. But my station technicians team effort made me to work far more than these struggles.
