Time table of working, call duties, ethics of working, excellent ehical behavior with ptient, satisfaction in patient's satisfation, Enjoy to lead my collegues, Make them happy, left working place only completion of day to day routine work, like to perform administrative duties, patient care, prime motto sarve santu niramaya & my own honesty, loylity, compassion, sympathetic & empathetic with soft skills with patients. we are if patients are there. You can feel that you are doing something for your country .job security is good but i was short service commissioned officer so i have a contract of 5 and 10yrs.so i left after 10years. There I managed many cases as a team.there are strict rules and regulations.so everything is having some protocol and you have to follow that.I got free accomodation and other facilities also.
