In this foundation the very good think which I like most is that there are all employees or managers emotionally connected which make strong to each other. They give us safe space to express ideas and explore it.

The very first thing I have in my mind the safe space in milaan where we can share our all stories our problems and the next thing is they provide leadership training where girls can gain there confidence level and I am an alumni now but I wanna work with milaan for ever..

They have a school which caters to rural children. However their focus on that very lroject has been terrible. Its all about scaling and data compilatipn for funding with no regard to impact

CEO is insecure person, family and people from his family are members of organisation that has led to less professionalism. No skills will be degeloped except ability to handle with mediocre work environment.
