New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The very first thing I have in my mind the safe space in milaan where we can share our all stories our problems and the next thing is they provide leadership training where girls can gain there confidence level and I am an alumni now but I wanna work with milaan for ever..

They have a school which caters to rural children. However their focus on that very lroject has been terrible. Its all about scaling and data compilatipn for funding with no regard to impact
