This company is established 2008. I love that fact I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but salary/appraisal, career growth is very slow and work pressure is high. There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior don't like me have to guide them step by step.

This company is established in 2008. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. This company is high product launch as carburetor, throttle engine, gasket ( plastic intek manifold), vvt gear etc. It's work environment and travel is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but salary/appraisal, career growth is very slow and No job security. This company politics learing is very bad. There is no on job training for fresher, hence senior don't like me have to guide them step by step.
