Nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Bad work culture. Bad management. Worst HR. No Perks and Benefits for employees. Salary hike also depends on the mood of department head or management. No timely increment, it could be stretch for 7-8 months after time. High Work pressure but no reward. Salary also not on time...always delays. No leaves..whether sick or medical or casual.

Likes

Every 2 - 3 months thay have the tendancy to terminate the employees. Material shortage due to non availability of funds.

...ou to the limit that you have to respond, overall pathetic company to work with. Salary is never on time. HR doesn't even respond once you join the company.

There’s nothing to like about working here. The most terrible work experience of mine till date.

...e your issues and will give zillion excuses to dodge your phone calls and mails. The salary promised is never given. They don’t take into account the court visits done by the lawyers for the company matters. It’s been two months since I have resigned but have not received pending salary for two months. A cash component was promised at the beginning but the management later refused. Extreme mental harassment and torture. A waste of career time and hard work.

...mpany do not join this company. MD treat you worst then his pet dog. No respect. Salary delay by 2 month. Mo final clreance , You will not get relieving letter at last. No job security.

Pure Lala company, Miglani always try to speak u in absuing language, his relative Arora is of same behaviour. No job security, they can terminate u at any time and even u can receive call from HR that dont come from tomorrow its Management instruction. Only sone old employees are retained there as they know how and where to butter. No medical facility. Worst experience ever had.
