As a Content writer in Mighty Warner, I have the opportunity to learn new things everyday through different projects. It helps me to improve in whichever areas I need to work on. And I love how my Director handles with the whole employees. He is supportive and appreciate every inputs each employee gives. And he is there for each one not just as a Director but as a friend as well.

Dislikes

I don't appreciate much the timing regulation; The salary deduction of after 5days late.

...are very transparent and dedicated. Gaming facilities and canteen are also here. Proper salary increments and bonus are given every year.

It’s only been a week there but I feel like I’m at my home. The environment is so good and relaxing… The Hr team is so co-operative, the staff is also very friendly and respectful.. I never felt that I started a job. It feels like home 🌼. My team mates and seniors all are very supportive and kind .

The CEO Iqbal sir is incredibly supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand. Speaking of the team, they are always available to answer my questions and provide excellent support throughout the entire project. I have never felt alone or overwhelmed since joining. The company culture is inclusive and welcoming, making it easy to adapt and feel like part of the team.

Overall experience is good. However, i feel that there should be a office canteen. No weekends off!

Our CEO Mr. Iqbal helps us motivate in every field, that is something I really liked as he is actually the go to person for us if we kind of struggle somewhere. Unlike other CEO's of different companies who does not give a damn about there employees, he is a great mentor when comes to work and very very friendly gentlemen when comes to fun and parties.

Dislikes

Weeknds are not off. Too much politics within the team members. No team management. Team leaders are constantly trying to demotivate their team members. No fun activities or team building activities.
