Steep learning curve. Direct exposure to CXOs and other leadership levels

Its a one man show. Cannot give any feedback to the management without facing retaliation. . No HR in the company. Poor benefits. Company policies get changed every other month. No empathy shown from the management. All projects are understaffed. High attrition. Management unwilling to take inputs from the consultants or below.

One-man show, with only one person taking action. Blame is placed by the senior. Training period is 5 days. Out of the 5 days, 2 days are spent on internal activities and project setup. Support from the senior is minimal. Office politics are at their peak in the development team.

1.It's swim without support 2. No job security 3.Toxic nature of managers 4. No work life balance. 5. Once they build a perception about you they don't leave that perception. 6. Projects pitched at low rates leading to over use of manpower. 7. No brand name.

Directors need to grow from orthodox approach to modern ways of improving culture. They have not grown in last 20 years - they need to have broad thinking to grow business - a team is required.
