no job security, work culture is very bad, management is also very bad here, no future, company policies are not fixed they create new policies daily to exploit their employees

Dislikes

... they will intentionally give you your salary after 15th-20th day of next month. they always set for the cost cutting at the time salary and created new policies after the month has completed and your salary will be deducted without any reason. team mates are such kind of ch**tiya that they do not dare to ask about the reason of their salary deduction.

Theres nothing to like. If anyone wants to waste their 2 months get humiliated, blackmailed every day with zero salary can join. Not kidding these frauds just hire you for a month or two then push you in some kind of trouble then fire you without giving any salary.

Dislikes

Theres no work culture no matter whats your designation is owner can ask you any job and you cannot deny(ANY JOB!). Even accountants have to bring rice for owners kitchen, have seen office boy digging pipes at owners house. Data entry person goes to buy bearing and get scolded for bringing wrong one. Just picture a working day at their office. Some clown sitting in a ceo's chamber lost in his lala land.

... ppl here don’t want to work or obey timings, and then complain about company. Obv if u don’t come on time, ur salary will cut. This is a work place not party to take for granted. Also, such a great place to learn, if u give respect to company, company respect u back. U having to have good work ethic. Ppl being salty here for no reason.

Worst company. Even calling company will be a insult to companies. No pay anyhow. 12 hours a day that too can be extended. No week off no leave No ethics Just a home based business with one clown sitting and making everyone struggle Very poor worst management Never trust these fraudsters

...gandi jagah hutiye log Show big promises of growth but ghanta kuch nahi dete cuts salary without warning overtime unpaid underpaid and overwork They dont let u take leave even sundays are working no holidays in the company unskilled work
