Yes its very good about training ,and growth is very less,salary and appraisal based on your work and managment,yes in travelling wo lots of fun in training section at outer area as petrol station only,yes in every company most of politics having their owns.

Overall lot of learning you will get.Will get to handle and manage everything. Rest teammates, colleagues, work environment are all narrow minded people no scope for growth. And very very less job security and freedom of speech.

Family owned businesa so no area of growth or personal development scope is zero.Terrible management and can declare no Increments in any year.

Nothing Work in midco like stuk life and nothing get any opportunity i have worked in midco 5 year but i dont gate any promotion some engineer worked since last ten year but we cant get atleast one promotion and increment is very less maximum 7 to 8%

Midco company is good for work and for getting great experience on skills and technic,and staff department are very good and great profiled.

Dislikes

Job is good but no timing.Bus allowance is low tad not gets in time.Oultel some dealer are not good with speaking skill.
