As fresher you can work here or a middle experience person also can work here, but problem management address the issue very late.

Late procedures of approval. Management is average. Salary paid in time in every 7th of month. No health insurance for employees, no medical facilities available here.

Worst company ever too much pressure on one employee and stupid people dont even pay salary on time my salary is pending with them since the last 6 months please do not work out there the hr out there is specially very cheap and classless when i last called for my salary they said that they wont pay me and told me to do what ever i can do to them.they dont even pay money to their vendors on time.please do not join

Healthy work culture as compared to my other company experience.. leave policies are good. Working colleagues are verry supportive..I was in microbiology department and my maneger was verry supportive and helping. As compared to other big Pharma companies stress is low. Overall good company for people who have other financial income sources symeltaneously with job..

Less manpower than actual required...poor appraisal/ salary hike ..salary scale is low as compared to industry standards..there is need to adopt new generation technology and advance system to update company's culture.

Nothing to like as i have worked for a tenure of 6 months in post of institutional manager and their expectation is something out of the box which is totally inhuman.

This company has not even cleared my salary and expenses . So, i suggest you all not to join this fraud company who don't realize the pain of their employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
