Firstly, the company owner is superb. She is a lady with vision. She is kind and understanding person. Secondly, regarding work, I enjoyed working there, lots of account management, client coordination .one will get opportunitiy to work on various IT and niche skills. Third and the most important plus of the company is you will have good work life balance. 5 days working plus flexible work hours. Overall , it is fun working with MIDASBLUE.

Dislikes

...is is not place though the work culture and facilities are like corporate only. There base pay is less but very good incentive structure.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
