(a) It was clear that seniors/managers are not particularly supportive, they will always pass you half info or misguide you. (b) They often seem disinterested in helping new comers settle in and succeed. (c) Office politics are rampant and it often feels like decisions are made based on favoritism rather than merit (d) Due to lack of support and pervasive office politics by seniors/managers professional growth opportunities are limited. Ensure that all employees regardless of there tenure, feel valued and supported. I can't in good conscience to recommend this company to potential new hires.

Work atmosphere is not friendly here..People have been working here for last ten years and they don't welcome new guy. And if avoiding all these things, if you still work with them, they will keep playing politics with you. They will not give you opportunity to work and grow..Specially, don't join vcs team. Everyone is like frogs there.

Learning & good work culture. Maninder sir is a gem. I miss working with him.

I left due to an extremely bossy lead named Deepak Kumar. Too much politics & frustrating experience as his desk was next to mine. He used to sit all day & night watching YouTube, TV serials & had issues if I left early etc.
