You will always get salary on time. The CEO of the company is a very nice person. Free working environment with no other pressures. A good company for fresher to learn.

Dislikes

But you can't learn anything new here. No one knows who is doing what work here. You will get complete freedom to work. Please do not dream of increment when you join the company here. Only here work is done on old technology and no one knows anything new. New college students are taken and then they are taught and if they are not able to learn, they are thrown out of the company. When you leave the company, you will get experience letter after 1 month and full settlement after 4 months. The company's website and applications can be made better.

Salary on time. colleague are good.

No training, less appraisal, without career growth. I worked here around 4 years. Sales person can never the achieve the sales target due to unrealistic figures as compare to market. I received appreciation many times, but appraisal........!. Management behavior is very poor. they never consider you as a part of team. they ignore all serious concern/pain points raised by me. after leaving the company, person has suffer for their own Relieving Letter, Experience, full n final settlement.

During covid - Salary cuts even though the company is making profits . Employees pay for their own net connection and phone calls

Next time when you sit across the interviewer - ask them are they happy?

There is nothing to like. This is more school than company. Admin and receptionists do the work of HR. Compony gives you a policy, but never follow it and behave according to there mood.

Dislikes

If you have anything outside of the office or want to go for tea, walk after lunch, or for any single reason if you go outside, then you have to write it in the book of the security guard. They have a 3-month notice period, but you have to serve 6 months. The manager doesn't know English, and sometimes you never understand Hindi as well.

Company is good to work as job security is 100% if your work is 100%, Company doesn't bother in your life after working hours, In case of increment company thinks 200 times before increments. Rest is okay.

All well but in case of increment and money they think too much to hire or give increment. rest is all fine.
