...played. Project are not that much standard. The best part is in notice periods. They will hold your salary and pay you 40% for first month and will pay remaining percentage at last month of notice period. Only 2 and 4 Saturday and Sunday are weekly off.

Company is good for the freshers. salary increment is good but starting salary is too low. Managers are very supportive and good environment. Job is secure.

Poor Management, poor staff, no promotion, no growth, no learning, pathetic environment, no support from Management, so much micromanagement, no Work Life Balance, HR staff is rude. Not recommended to work at Microware.

working culture is the worst and it is hell for fresher, people with experience should not join this company at all, your upcoming career can be spoiled and it can also be stained, so do not try to join this company. the management is very bad, they have only one HR and one Accountant, due to which you can face a lot of trouble, the whole company is fake because here everything will be exaggerated to you, when you start working in this company, you will understand the reality. "save your future by staying away from this company"
