Good work environment and culture. Colligue and team members are supportive. Management is cooperative. Large cafeteria and playing facility of Table tenis. Bonus and leave in cashment every year.

Not so far, but a little bit of politics which is tolerable. Management is supportive but salary package is underpaid. Career growth is limited. Salary hike is very low. Hidden rules of HR.

Company have extremely capable of spoiling career of employees. People with relations with upper management will have promotions and hikes.

...y are not valuable for Company. Cheating the juniors with attendance by seniors. Very low salary level as compared to work as forced to handle two posts (Coordinator & Store In-charge) with same salary e.g. 16,000.00 p/m. Excessive load of work on a single person which almost impossible. No work time schedule. Lack to invest the expenses to upgrade the Service Centre for modification as Model Centre. Not providing free arms to collaborate with technicians to resolve the customer issues. Interference of TSI in every matter relating to customer issue & save-guard his interests.
