New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Salary and stocks are somewhat ok.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. Manager treats like you are slave. No support for team member going through some special circumstances like getting married, or pregnancy or some close person died! 24 hr production support! Unrealistic timelines and unnecessary meetings. Emp is expected to work on weekends as well 24x7, No promotion or hike

Too much office politics.. they have made Microsoft as a family business.. every employee you find in Microsoft will have one related cousin or someone from the family working. They don't accept new ideas and are very unprofessional towards their juniors. No teamwork. Too much office politics. And almost every m1 manager has a office girlfriend
