pay is ok , insurance , child care facility, food.

Dislikes

The company expects more from employees, I know it pays more but expectation is too high , Very hectic schedule and since I am in support and gets very little chance to learn more on my working technology. And Microsoft has attitude problem that they feel even 100 people leave the company for hectic schedule there are 10000 people waiting to join the company and it is true.

I was around 1 year in MSHK and I never seen this kind of toxic environment in my 24years career. Very bad in all aspect . very bad culture . Very Political and dirty culture /environment . No team bonding , no trust , no transparency. Leadership/Management is interested only Revenue $$ & Target ACR .
