Yes i like to work in this company but During this lockdown time they can increase my salary because i am single one working here from March to still without any off and all my three team members are in home. I gave two years to this company but still my salary is approx. 13k .

It is just not for dislike atleast think about the employee who they are supporting or working in this critical suitation.COVID-19 . Company and work environment is good no issue.

From my side there is no dislike Compensation is decent,There is no work pressure you guys will have more time to gain other knowledge like server handle and etc . From Microsense we have to work in different locations of hotels .I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as i use to get calls from hotel and solved the issue. Mostly Microsense colleague Main job role is to check Wi-Fi and resolve the issue but some hotel like where i work in Mercure Hyderabad kcp I use resolve printers, installating drivers and software, etc

The company is very good and there is support from Microsense team.And because of Microsense company, I get a chance to work in a 5 star hotel, this is very good for me.

The company does not increase the salary of helpdesk engineer because it has been 2 years for me but till now the salary has not increased and it also does not give extra money for night shift as other companies give and I think that in 6 months the engineer will be paid. money should be increased

No Job security and Company policy is good. Salary get also on time. But In this company which is hired role on Desktop support engineer or Technical support engineer but Mention in salary slip or Joinning latter Help desk executive. I request to Management team please change this policy bcouse if you hiring any Candidate for Support so That's is Technical support where is relate Help desk excutive. Please change this.
