...e late by 15 min but you can go back at 10 in the night, that will never count. It will be worth working with less salary somewhere else rather than working with good salary (although good salary here also is a myth)but still! Iykyk

1. After becoming Public limited, Company is still lack of appreciating the employees for their good performance, 2. There are NO incentives & NO appraisal in 2024 to the employees, 3. Employees are bounded with 2.6 years of bound if they leave before there will be no documentation provided that's the reason they gave minimum increment's to existing team. 4. HR changes the policies like they are running the nursery school. 5. This is making the environment frustrating & negative.

Everything in the company, working unnecessary long hours, no appraisal, no increment, seniors don't know the working culture..many people are only like postman

We cannot blame to a company because of a few fools, company's other projects are fine but the HMIS implementation department because of the fool manager is one of the worst. Dont join this if any vacancy come, for more details candidate can read other reviews also one man and dept getting bad words, then think how much is the worst in real. remove him save reputation

It is a nice organization for freshers who want to make a career, freshers can come and learn here lots of, pressure is here but it is the success of key, overall it is the nice company for freshers
