First of all if you as a VMware administrator why go to client location and sit like a Field Support Engineer. Microprint will lie to you as VMware engineer/administrator and they will ask you work for field support engineer and when you disagree with them Bhumika Tawte (HR) will ask you to resign and or fire you thanks to Jayesh Kurangutkar, Sudhakar Kamath, Umesh Godse & all of the above mentioned people are liars so do not join this organization

Worst company to work with I've worked there the management is pathetic HRs doesn't reply your càlls emails no support for onsite engineers they believe on the complaints of onsite manager's instead of once talking with their own employees they don't provide you any relieving salaries not on time please don't join this company if you are fresher they will destroy your whole çàreer
