Company culture is degrading for my organization. Since layoff everyone is worried about their role especially project managers, Scrum masters. Didn't make a environment to work.

The worst experience I had...Took Technical interview on Networking Domain...Only 2 questuions asked and I explained clearly...No response from HRs or TAs...After following up for two days got a mail like not shortlisted for manager round...Dont know how they judged my worth based on 2 questions that too I have answered crystal clearly...HRs should know the ethics first.

Nothing to Like as there is no one who responds...First treat humans the way they deserve.

Micron as a company takes its employee's benefit as a priority . They have allocated a good amount of money as part of Covid support to its employees. Even if some resources have to come due to their nature of job, Micron has made sure that everything in the site is sanitized periodically and hygiene is maintained everywhere.

This is a Bull Shit Company. All other companies surrounding our area release their employees 4-5 days earlier before Lockdown start. But our Company left us Monday 4:30 & Lock Down begains from Tuesday. State Transport stop working Saturday 12:00 pm. No source of transport was available so that we can reach our home and meet our family. Very Very Bad Experience. Worst Management of the Company till date.
