Salary credited on time. Fresher could learn here many things.

If you are engineer or ehs then you will not receive over time on your salary base they give very low amount. No high growth but job security

If you are outsider you will get very less salary how on earth I was getting 13 k as a fresher & I found lots of people who was hired by the company was getting 18k as a fresher kindly understand a man cannot survive in this low salary atleast give ctc as per industry standard and cost of leaving.

It is a good company on time salary for this much of situation , they are build now big on Mechanical Side ,job security is the one of the best in this company policies are different between all are no PF

Some site incharge people's partiality and torcher mentality.. they are cheating the company and timepass with his favor senior workers and waste their salary..(it is without knowledge of company)
