I was working here 2 year as a service engineer On role Micromax.here official job no travel. Here are team work no peresor any type. Many things I'm learn here as - software , hardware & team handle I like here do the job. Present am leve the Micromax and join other company in Bangalore.

... But many people working here 2-4 year but not any growth as career or salary. Same I am 2 year working here but no any career or salary growth so last I leve the job & join in Bangalore in other company as a sinior engineering.

My experience with this company is very good.I love the fact that I am a part of this company.All the employee of this company is really too good.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.

Who was the boss of our authorized service center. He used to pay salary very late so when we had to leave

It's a mass brand. And highly appreciated by the low end customers.

Package is satisfactory but no chance for growth.No learning, skill development...mentorship. organization do not focus on the employee development.
