Hiring Process is terrible, I had been shortlisted for Technical Operation manager role in April, offer was sent out & joining was accepted for June 1st week. The HR Leader partner ( 2 people) asked me to resign & share my resignation email & confirmed that my Date of joining was finalized. For 11 days I was following up on email & phone. There were only lies told by both the HR partners. On the 12 day, I get a call from the HR head, who initially sounded very positive during my last round on Zoom was actually very unprofessional, said was unware on my offer & said the HR partners were not following the process, despite me getting salary breakup & acknowledging the salary annexure 11 days ago. I had looped in the Technical director on all my follow ups . Despite that they cancelled my offer & went ahead with a referral of the Technical director as quoted by the HR leader. Unfortunately I resigned from my current organization & Microlise cancelled my offer just because they had a known person coming in. What I go to know from the HR partner is that there were about 3- 4 Technical managers who joined Microlise Pune office & resigned within few days/weeks post visiting office as their leadership is clueless on organization roadmaps. Please do not take any offers & trust the HR partner or leadership as you would regret joining Microlise & they may come a time where they chuck you out any time even on your Date of joining. Engineers, technical leaders, technical managers it is best you look for an opportunity in any Fortune 500 Company.
