Very few customers in mumbai as compair to Bangalore if project is over then relocate to outside city.

...er award virtually based on the performance of previous month. Work from home Salary on time Internet allowances

Dislikes

Rotational shifts without shift allowances, they only provide allowances for night shift which is 250 rupees. No free transport, you will have to pay for it. Since we are working from we could neglect this transportation. Only females can get one side free transport. Health insurance policy won't cover parents and it will be only for spouse and childrens.

Excellent learning opportunities for fresher's, very wide range of technologies can be equipped. Good training..

Dislikes

Compensation is terrible inspite of excellent performance.. Poor work life balance due to odd shifts..

Microland provides exposure to various IT projects and encourages skill development through training programs.

salary is not competitive compared to other IT service companies. Limited increments or lower-than-expected appraisals

Nothing is there, Only one thing that your Salary will credit in time , THATS IT.

Dislikes

Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.
