I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

Managers and TL's are worst with no technical knowledge. Always listen to client words don't think about team member work life balance. 24*7 support no sleep, no personal life, IJP will be enable after 1 year and no guarantee of job. Business manager only needs results don't understand genuine problem. Monday to Saturday strict work schedule. No appreciation of hard work.

Attendance process not good.. Should be complete 9.5 hrs. Otherwise salary will be deducting.. We need to follow ups regularaise, timesheets and logins In and out time as well joining formalities.

It's good only if you are a fresher and need knowledge and new skills.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance. Very less salary as compared to market standards. Team lead, manager's are selfish and they will try to kick you out if you are performing better than them. No transport facility, no Saturday Sunday off. Please don't join ever if you get any offers from this company.

Very few customers in mumbai as compair to Bangalore if project is over then relocate to outside city.
