Work like anything, whatever your salary dont expect any allowances if you will do the OT. Appraisals are not that good with just 3-4 % hike Shift allowances very bad just 150 for each shift. No fun activity on fridays. Very bad breakfast at cyberpark location E-city phase 1

As a fresher, learned various skills. Learned how to be flexible and adaptive in life. Learned time management. Learned various software as well as hardware knowledge. Improved my typing and communication skills.

The third party system - because of this the pay which we are receiving is not equivalent to the efforts indulged by us in the work.

...t there is 6 days working, this is the major reason, it is fraud with employees. There is no promotion as I can see 8-9 years experience engineer still on Engineer profile even the salary is around 20-21 K only.

...e good projects and clients. You will be having ample of time to do your tasks. Microland is only responsible for Salary. Rest of the things we need to do with client.

Bad Timesheet policy. If you miss to fill up the timesheet, they will deduct all your leaves and cut alot of salary also depending on the number of days you missed to fill up the timesheet.

Microland is great company for employees and clients specially Training, Salary and Work culture.

In Microland HR And Admin support very poor and also Client side Microland management did not provide work life balance, training and recognition.
