Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.

This is not employee centric company, we do not get any benefits apart from salary Managers are worst here they are working here from too long and they make new rules everyday

Microland is a great platform, whether you're a beginner or an experienced professional. Dislikes

... and there are too many dependencies, making it hard to complete tasks smoothly. The salary is much lower compared to market standards, which doesn’t match the effort employees put in. Some senior managers, who have been with the company for a long time, act like they are the only reason the company is running, which creates a negative work culture. Microland needs to focus on improving work-life balance, paying employees fairly, and ensuring managers treat their teams with respect. Employees should feel valued and not like they’re being treated unfairly.

Dislikes

Too less money. It's the least you'll ever get in any company. In the appraisal also they'll increase max 2-3k in the salary.
