My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Its a Third party payroll and they will confirm your salary once your interview is alloted . Same salary you will get if you joined and they will not give any leaves. Sushma HR is very kind hearted person and good responsible person.

... total then kicked out as capgemini project is transferred to another company Salary provided by them is quit good almost 100% hike i got pervious one Due to this high salary capgemini refused to get in capgemini payroll My project was permanent work from Home That is best thing i like

I got an offer with micro green and they removed me from this company within 3 months said project got completed , and they didn’t given any other projects, first they said it’s long term project , now am jobless , please get some clarification before joining this company

Worst company..It's a startup company for US Bench Sales night shift.. They will take couple of rounds initially and they will ask you to join ASAP also.. just after 1 day of your final round of discussion, they will come back saying position went on hold due to market is not good..I would inform everyone not to join this company and trust them at all and do not waste your time..
