Contract to be renewed in every 3 month Unpaid leaves If u take a leave that will cut your salary Pf 1800 only will be cut which i dont like

I got an offer with micro green and they removed me from this company within 3 months said project got completed , and they didn’t given any other projects, first they said it’s long term project , now am jobless , please get some clarification before joining this company

Worst company..It's a startup company for US Bench Sales night shift.. They will take couple of rounds initially and they will ask you to join ASAP also.. just after 1 day of your final round of discussion, they will come back saying position went on hold due to market is not good..I would inform everyone not to join this company and trust them at all and do not waste your time..
