Management people create so much pressure, I have a small suggestion for you all. # I believe you know the market standard. but why do people behave like you don't know anything? #work to provide solutions instead of giving more trouble..... be gentle with everyone.

The Company MicroGenesis Techsoft is Divided into different sectors it all depends on which team are we working along I work at a Defense sector where the *work pressure is less *team bonding and company culture is great *Job is security (Especially for freshers)

Really nothing I liked about MGN, as there is no much job security, worse management, company policies were really not good. It’s not even a good place to work for even freshers as they ruien Carrier with keeping bond for 2/2+ years for all freshers and no much opportunities to Learn n grow!!

... expect hike when you go with bond, even one are performing beyond expections. The pay is even lesser than watch keeper at gates!!

Very Stressfull work culture. no hike no bonus nothing .salary is very less.no appreciation for work. no job growth.no learning opportunity.no onsite opportunity.very poor management system.poor performance system.neither good for freshers nor for experienced.fixed working time

I liked the fact that when you are deployed in mbrdi account you get to work at benz and daimler, which gives you a lot of exposure to vast variety of things in daimler and there is free food.

Office politics is too much, no experience to the industry can be learned and manager will do alot of micromanaging, no public holidays and no wfh option, for night shift the allowance is only 100 and that too taxable, no other growth and will see a lot of issues mentally and physically.
