They have only 2-3 clients, there is no job security, and when you are on high package then it will be a big problem to stay on bench. So choose wisely once you switch it, Please run behind the stability of the company how many clients and opportunities they can provide us once you are on bench.

The Company MicroGenesis Techsoft is Divided into different sectors it all depends on which team are we working along I work at a Defense sector where the *work pressure is less *team bonding and company culture is great *Job is security (Especially for freshers)

There’s job security. It’s an okay company to start your career. There’s good health insurance.

...to no support from management team. Annual appraisals were namesake and delayed. The salary scale is also far below industry standards.

Started as a fresher in Microgenesis Definitely molded me to what I want to become , Introduced to new technologies and multiple roles all while maintaining the work life balance

1)Clearly a communication gap between the employees and the management 2)Benefits and Salary may not be up to the expectations for the experience of the employee

Really nothing I liked about MGN, as there is no much job security, worse management, company policies were really not good. It’s not even a good place to work for even freshers as they ruien Carrier with keeping bond for 2/2+ years for all freshers and no much opportunities to Learn n grow!!

... expect hike when you go with bond, even one are performing beyond expections. The pay is even lesser than watch keeper at gates!!
