Worst company I have ever seen..very poor management and policies...if you don't achieve your monthly target then company will deduct 100% of your salary... management policy and also very worst.. don't not join this company..

...bution head interfers in sales. CEO, Mr Riyazuddin khan Faridi thinks he is God. He stops salary without any reason. By hook or crook, numbers must be met. Make new distributors and dump goods. This is the strategy here. Management thinks sales people are worthless and do not want to work. Without proper training, they will send you in market and then scold you for not communicating properly. Every 3 month, sales staff changes. Even zsm, agm level post gets changed every 3 month. And worst part is quarter meeting where Faridi will humiliate sales people for no reason. He will get ways even if you are doing well. They will demotivate you, make you depress and then send you home to achieve quarter targets. Beware: Never ever join this organization.

Top Managers behaviour which is almost all time is dictative. Not in compony's progress but as they have to do something they keep dictating. Lake of papers which are nescesory for volume business. Average quality of production.
