Company has great learning opportunities. They provide a month training. HR and Director are really cooperative and pushes employees to learn and improve. Work load is too much.

Dislikes

Salary a great issue. Not even close to basic. Senior Employees claim to be supportive but they talk at your back alot. Working hours are too much, they expect the employee to work for more than 12hours but they do not compensate for those hours. They mention the working days as Monday to Friday but force the Employees to work on Saturdays. Although they compensate that with an addition to the number of holidays but again they do not allow to take leaves.

Likes

Learns about legal research and drafting.

Dislikes

Work-life imbalance, too much sitting, though cooperative but will drag you down obviously bcz of the employees who r sitting there from years! Drain confidence, had to go office even on weekends! And ofcourse no respect and salary is also an issue.
