Low salary. No upgrade. Bad working culture. Poor hygiene. Very low increments. No skill development. Only focus on getting more production from operators. They don't even allow you to work in their other plants.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees

...esher their is no interview . joining of fresher candidate on contractor basis .But they provide job with salary for graduate employee 9thousand for 8hour and for 10th and 10+2 salary 8000 for 8 hours duty in two shift day and night . Two hours overtime per day
