I am happy that I am a part of micro turner. Company used technology which is working everywhere. company makes high quality products and used good quality raw material for their customers.

Dislikes

Slow growth.Low compensation. Experienced people do not teach and don't tell anything.An individual can't apply innovative ideas in company.

...ant posts for operators. They make sure you get paid on time. At least a MT-2. They don't hold anyone's salary. While you resign they will wind up your any kind of money and let you go.

Dislikes

Low salary. No upgrade. Bad working culture. Poor hygiene. Very low increments. No skill development. Only focus on getting more production from operators. They don't even allow you to work in their other plants.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
