It is an manufacturing company with many CNC and VMC machines,with good quality and low rejection Components.The management is very strict and also the workers casual friendly

Dislikes

The Promotion of job level is very less.Salary package also low amount. The M.D is very rough person.it's also not a secure job,anyone make mistake,he will be terminated.The shifts of the company is 3 shifts per day and also the machine works frequently.Nobody responsible for any problem of the employee at working stage. Manager not responsible for the workers problem. Appraisal were not based on the performance of the person and none of the performance were monitored.the appraisal were given in a manner about the VP. and no promotion were not given from the past 5 years to any one.the trainee operator will stay as a trainee for until his retirement.

Behavior of Some management staffs , no respect and cheating. Even though it is only ten years, the management is in the trainee category. So, As they are in training category, they don't know when they will be sent home.

Internal Politics rules! Your whole work will stop endup for approval which will never get on time. No care about employees. In simple words just a selfish company.
