My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life.

Internal politics is worst from the IT Department Vice president No salary benefits and appraisal We need to beg for appraisal and run behind the VP even though he will not approve if we ask hr they'll say it's pending form your VP. Even Sundays also they ask to work. Overall worst..no value and respect for the employees..
