Micro lab is such a nice company.. basically for the freshers like me I was. I thing this is a good platform for every new comers to gain knowledge about aindustry, and how to improve your personality and the main thing is learning about various type of medicine ,about it's manufacturing, use, side effect, ..and also it gives knowledge about how to use your time in a right way... I was started my journey from this company and I love this company and the employees who are treats us like as a family member..... Nothing more,,, Thank you sir for giving me the opportunity to put my words here,, Thank you

The salary. And the appraisal system is not good and it is not fixed and as the company is located in a hill area ,,the location allowanse not applied for the employees..... And the company not ever provides any canteen facility.. basically for Sikkim plant ML-24 ...Thank you

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers. My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life.

Internal politics is worst from the IT Department Vice president No salary benefits and appraisal We need to beg for appraisal and run behind the VP even though he will not approve if we ask hr they'll say it's pending form your VP. Even Sundays also they ask to work. Overall worst..no value and respect for the employees..

...l as per current standard even on growth. No transparency on incentive circular. Poor salary. No Academic Growth.
