...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was my first company after my graduation. And it is highly rated for me for the entire things i have had these days. i would to work over there because i have got the primary things for my experience. i would love to work over there again if i got the opportunities. i learnt almost everything from there. best team mates, good training, secure job, and best career growth,work environment was best.

The company is open to innovation and readily to train to learn to career growth, good work environment, work-life balance and good salary.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight every day due to work pressure. Branch and Regional Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths and there is no appreciation. The company is not having re-hire policy of their ex-employees.

I proud to be a member of Micro Inks Ltd. I am a part of Sales Finance team, I get to travel outstation for vendor reconciliation, we have a good young team from various culture & backgrounds, we work very friendly. Work appreciation is very good. I would like to rejoin if I will get opportunity again.

The work pressure is high specially at the time of month closing but we can achieve our closing target easily by managing work priority & it is a part of our finance life.
